Recover a Domain

I can’t seem to find any actual person to help me find and recover my domain name! This is beyond frustrating. I didn’t know that Word Press and Go Daddy sold/handed it off to a company called Wild West Domains and when I finally figured out how to contact them, they couldn’t help and sent me back to Word Press using an email that they don’t respond to. How do I get this recovered?! HELP!

Are you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the underlying .wordpress.com URL and purchased the upgrade for it?

You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog to access the blog’s dashboard, renew or cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/
If you are not logged in under the correct username account clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login under the correct username account.
If you do not have the required access and someone else registered the site you need to contact the person who registered the account and site under it and have them transfer the site and upgrade to your username account by using this process.

coffeenofilter.com has been cancelled and refunded. I will need to contact our domain provider to see if they are able to restore the domain for you. At this stage, the cost will be $18. However, if the domain goes into redemption you will need also need to pay an $80 redemption fee:

Good news, the domain can be recovered by paying just domain costs — there will be no redemption fee.
I’ve sent a payment request to the email address on your account and it also includes private registration, which you had previously. Please let me know if you don’t receive it.
