  Perhaps I should rephrase that!
  I need a download link in order to recover my website from the WordPress servers.
  I had a major mishap and had to restart Windows 10 and I wasn’t backed up.

  Sites at WordPress.com are accessed from their servers. You don’t need to download anything or back anything up. What is the address of your site and is it definitely hosted here at WordPress.com?
