Recover a Upgraded Site
-
I am trying to recover our account for a site. I have information proving it ours and need a way to contact support without posting all this private information. Who do I contact and how? Login in the account is not an option as we forgot the password and the domain is expired so we can not receive emails to that email which uses that same account.
The chat link in the email does not work as we need to log in the account to chat.
Please help.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is a single email address that can be used on only one wordpress.COM username account and not on any others, regardless of how many blogs are registered under that username account.
The wordpress.COM blog’s owner can change the relevant email address on their accounts page at https://wordpress.com/me/account at any time.

1. What is the domain URL?
2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
4. When was the upgrade purchased?
5. When did the domain expire?I will type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up. How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question? https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question Please subscribe to this thread so you are notified when they respond and be patient while waiting. dcmdrehabnurse.wordpress.com is the URL. I have the additional information but do not want post them on a public forum for obvious security reasons. I can be contacted via the email on my account and can provide the proof of ownership this way.

Liz,
I replied to your email because none of the methods work.
Can it please be handled over email, phone or chat (where login is not needed because we can not log into that account?) because none of systems in place seem to be working for this.

Just to clarify:
– Password is lost
– Email is not working because the domain expired with the WordPress.com site therefore all “lost password systems” in place fail.I have sent the original receipt of the purchase as well as an email sent to a member of the association regarding the issue via email. Both of these people can be contacted to confirm the legitimacy of this request.
