  I accidentally deleted my website created on wordpress, and can you help to recover it?

  Can you suggest me what to do? I have previously back up with Updraftplus on the site. What do I need to access to the site and restore it?

  I understand this may not be your responsibility to answer, I can understand if you do not want to assist.

  Hi there,

  It appears that there may be an additional issue than just the deleted site due to the critical error message I see when I visit your site. It is hard for us to determine what needs to be done since we do not have access to your site – that’s why I recommended reaching out to your site host because they should be able to access your site, potentially reinstate it, and also potentially assist you with any errors that you may have.

  The community over at WordPress.org is also very helpful in troubleshooting issues, so I would reach out to them if you have further questions after speaking with your host.

  Thanks a lot. I have spoken to the host, but no answer yet.
  Hopefully I will receive an answer from them asap.

  FYI, before I accidentally deleted the site, there was a crash with the plugins I suppose, that’s why I ran the debugging with Jetpack and finally deleted the site.

  Thank you again for your time. I will write to you again after the host replying me. Of course, if you have suggestions or advice, I am very glad to hear.

  Ah, okay. That makes sense. That must be the cause of the critical error message. Once you have your site reinstated, the error may or may not be due to a plugin conflict with Jetpack. In that case, I would reach out here:

  https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack/

  (Just curious, what info do you need to access the site?)

  We have immediate access to any site hosted on WordPress.com. For sites hosted elsewhere, we do not support because we do not have direct access, and many issues pertaining to self-hosted sites would be better solved by the site’s host.
