  Previously I had a wordpress blog under pollytrenow.com (last updated a few months ago). That domain expired and it took me a while to re-buy it. I now own pollytrenow.com again and am trying to log back into this blog but I can’t remember my password. I have asked to renew my password but the email hasn’t ended up in any of my email accounts or spam. I have tried to recover my account and it’s now telling me that it doesn’t exist. Please help… I am confused and frightened!

  Hi there – That site is a self-hosted installation of WordPress, available at http://wordpress.org/.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.
  http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Your login for that site is here:
  http://pollytrenow.com/wp-login.php

  But your login credentials for it are likely different than those you use to log in here at WordPress.com.

  If you still have trouble, please contact your web host, HostingScene, to help you out with this.
