  I have a user account benc48 but I locked myself out, I tried to reset password, but nothing came through to my e-mail.

  I think the e-mail address I registered was incorrect, I’ve now set up another user account to try and resolve this.

  How can I get the password from my original account??!

  Please help!!

  hey,

  Yes, I tried using that form, but they will have tried sending the information to an e-mail address that is not valid.

  I can’t use the other links – because I can’t sign in – I don’t know the password.

  I need wordpress to e-mail a new password to my correct e-mail address!

  Any ideas??

  There is only one way to recover an account and lilmaouz has provided the link above. Please complete the account recovery form and submit it so Staff can work with you to recover it.

  I have completed this, perhaps I’m being impatient, sorry…

  It takes as long as it takes for Staff to address a all the account recovery requests that were submitted prior to yours. Sorry but I don’t know exactly how long that will be. I do know that posting here for account recovery is not productive as that’s not done on the support forums.

  Do you know approximately how long it can take? Can it be weeks or months etc?
