  The issue is we cannot login to the account to find out what it is. We are under pressure to get into the site and update.

  Hi Sean, got it. It should be the email address that gets comment notifications, so you can try commenting on the site and checking all of your email addresses if needed. Be sure to check any addresses used when you set up the site, or any you may have set up for the site, too.
