  Can someone please help me recover my account? I’ve tried resetting my password several times without success and am now at a loss as to what to do next. A chat / email conversation would I think be best. Thanks.

  Hi there, if resetting your password hasn’t been effective (please don’t forget to check spam/junk etc.), have you tried continuing the process by filling out the Account Recovery form?

  Before you fill out the Account Recovery form — what is the username of the account or URL of the site you would like to recover?
