Recover account and cancel subscription

Hello, I used to work at a company called The Pour Company. I set up a WordPress site that I started and then decided to use a different platform for our website. I left this job over 6 months ago, not realising I had signed up to a subscription for WordPress. I have no way to access my old email as the business has now closed. The email associated with the account was (email visible only to moderators and staff).
I have been charged a subscription fee of 63 USD to my personal bank account. The transaction ID is [redacted]
I don’t remember exactly what the URL of the site was, the company was called The Pour Company so it will have included that or TPC – it should be able to be found under the email used. I’m happy to provide identification showing that I was the owner.
I would like a refund please, you’ll be able to see in the account that it was used for a couple of days then abandoned, and as the email address is now inaccessible and closed there was no way for me to know this subscription would still be active and charge my personal account.
Please let me know what I need to provide to get this transaction reversed. I’ve now had to make another account just to get in touch with your support and would appreciate if I didn’t have to waste any more of my time on this after trying to get in touch for over a week.

Hi Dean, thanks for getting back to me.
I’m unable to complete the account recovery form as I do not know the exact URL of the site. I’ve got the transaction ID and email address, but it won’t let me submit the form without the URL. I know that it would have included TPC or The Pour Company in it, but I have no way of finding the exact URL.
What is the best way to proceed?
