A former employee has left me with no access to my business’s blog account. I’m no longer able to access or add blog posts to our account. Please help.

To be able to access the account that owns that site you need to follow our Account Recovery guide:
If you can’t provide any of the proofs of ownership requested, then your only chance of accessing that account is to contact that former employee of yours and asking them to either grant you access or transfer that site to your account.
