Recover Account Information?

  Hello,

  I am trying to find the account information for a blog that was created several years ago by someone who held a temporary position at my former college, which I am now in charge of.

  We would like to reopen and edit the blog, but we have lost the orginal username, e-mail and password for the account. Here is a link to the blog:

  Is there any way we could have access to at least the e-mail that was used to create the blog? This would be very helpful in identifying who we can contact for more information.

  Hi Zoe,

  I’m sorry, but without access to the email that created the account, I cannot provide you access. It would be best to contact that employee and have them contact us (he/she can do so in this thread and I can verify the account with that email) and then I can transfer the site to you.

  Is there any way we could have access to at least the e-mail that was used to create the blog? This would be very helpful in identifying who we can contact for more information.

  For security reasons I cannot provide you any user account emails.

  If these aren’t options for you, I recommend starting a new account with a new site.
