recover account linked to defunct student email

Hi! I’d love to recover this account but because I no longer have access to my student email, I don’t have any of the proofs required. However, I do have an email from my school in my personal inbox that confirms the student email I was issued (that I used to create the account). Is this enough to get some assistance?
