Recover an old blog with an address that no longer exists

  Hello,

  I would like to have access to my old blog https://aureliepandionl3fle.wordpress.com (date from 2012). The concern is that the address I used was a hotmail address, which no longer exists.

  How do I go about getting it back?

  Hi –

  You’ll need to provide proof of ownership in that scenario. It’s the only way.

  How would you go about providing proof of ownership if the only proof was the email address that no longer exists?

  I’m also going through the same issue but with a blog from 2008-2010/11.

  The only verification of ownership we can accept are the ones listed in the support page that staff-zinnia linked to above. If you’re not able to provide one of those forms of verification, we cannot give you access to the site/account in question.
