  The authors have deleted this site.

  No, you cannot recover that url. A deleted url is gone forever. You had several warnings about this before you deleted it.

  Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to reuse its WordPress.com address

  Delete a Website

  You can start a new blog with a variation of the name, something like genmegumi2. (or other variations).
  Or you can purchase a domain upgrade if a .com or .org or .net (others) with that name is available.
