  I, unfortunately, let my blog domain expire and I’m desperate to get it back. What should I do?

  Hi there,

  1.)
  Unless it’s a popular one~two word type of domain, you should be able to purchase it back via the domain registrar.

  Domains that get expired often get fetched by your registrar or other third parties and put up for auctions.

  If you registered your domain through WordPress.com, please consult this document.

  It goes through the phases of Grace Period, Expiry Auction, and Redemption Period.
