Recover Blog Posts

    Good afternoon, I am attempting to recover blog posts and I have been unsuccessful. A couple of weeks ago, I signed up for a free trial and when it expired, some of the content I created also disappeared. I didn’t know this would happen…

    I tried to follow the steps to activate my Jetpack backup like it says on the article but have been unsuccessful. Can someone assist? Thank you

    Thank you for reaching out to us for help. Can you remember any more details about the missing content? How many posts? Or any of the titles? That will help us track them down if they still exist on the servers. Can you recall the date for the backup that you’ve already tried restoring?

    Generally speaking, when a hosting plan expires, the content will disappear. At WordPress.com we are a bit unique in that we hold onto that content on our servers for much longer than our competitors.
