Recover connection between domain and e-mail

Dear WordPress Support,
I received an email from WordPress to (email visible only to moderators and staff)
“Domain name due for renewal: hmtrading.net – expires on 2025-11-04“
Then I clicked “Renew my domain”
Next indication was “You don’t have any sites yet.”
Could you help how to extend to use the current domain. hmtrading.net
Your support will be very appreciated.

I can see how that message might’ve been confusing. The account you’re currently logged into doesn’t have the domain hmtrading.net connected to it. That domain is managed under a different WordPress.com account, which is why you’re seeing the message “You don’t have any sites yet.”
If you’re the domain owner, you’ll need to log in to the correct WordPress.com account, the one that originally registered or manages hmtrading.net, and you’ll be able to renew the domain from there.
