Hello,
I created a site using WordPress and am a paying member. I cannot recall my credentials and even tried to recover them without any luck. I cannot recall any of the additional information required to recover my credentials.
What can I do to recover my credentials?

yes, the website URL is https://www.hispanicarboristassociation.com/
I have already tried to fill out the account recovery form but like I stated earlier, it asks for info that I do not have.

Thanks for clarifying. Unfortunately we can’t help directly because we don’t host hispanicarboristassociation.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result we don’t have the ability to take a closer look at your site.
Instead your host (Network Solutions) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. Specifically we use a custom login system on WordPress.com (for enhanced security) and because of this our procedures for regaining account access do not work on sites hosted with other providers. This is why our account recovery form asks questions that you are not able to answer, because your site is not found within our hosting.
The good news is that as long as you have access to the server control panel through Network Solutions, it is always possible to regain access to your self-hosted WordPress site. You can ask Network Solutions support for direct assistance in completing the steps in that article; they would be in the best position to help.
