  Hi there,

  I’ve been directed here from the WordPress.com Forums so I really hope that you can help me.

  I made a free account on WordPress around 10 years ago that I haven’t accessed/used since 2011 and am looking to have this deleted/removed as it contains information that I don’t want public on the internet.

  Due to it being a free account, and the time that it was set up, I don’t have any of the three criteria that’s requested via the account recovery form to confirm proof of ownership. However, there is plenty more documentation that I can provide to prove that I am the legitimate owner of the site.

  Is there any way that this can be addressed and resolved, please?
