Recover deleted domain

  Hello,

  I deleted the domain counselofathena.com because I thought I would be able to transfer it elsewhere. But now the domain has been locked up in process.

  Is there a way to recover it.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  When you cancelled your domain outside the 96-hour cancellation period, it entered into a redemption period:

  https://wordpress.com/support/domains/domain-expiration/#redemption-period

  During this time, we can still attempt to recover the domain for you. However, there are additional costs involved.

  To proceed with domain recovery, you would need to cover a $80 redemption fee on top of the standard $12 domain renewal fee. Please note that the redemption fee is determined by the domain registrar and is beyond our control.

  If you’re willing to proceed, I can initiate the process by sending you a payment request. Once the fee is settled, I’ll reach out to our domain registrar to begin the recovery process.
