recover deleted domain

    i was trying to transfer my domain onto another site host and deleted it by accident. is there anyway to recover my domain? i tried to use a domain host to repurchase but it says its own by a wordpress site.

    Hi there!

    I see that the domain already expired. You will need to renew it first before you can transfer it to another registrar. Please go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases → click on the domain → click Renew now to renew it.

    Please note: The domain expired about 15 days ago, so you must renew it as soon as possible to avoid it entering the redemption period, during which the domain will cost $80 + the renewal fee to restore. You can learn more about what happens when a domain expires here.
