Recover deleted site

  Hello. I manage websites for my organization, a paid wordpress subscriber. For some reason, my admin login for website management did not allow me to access customer service, so I had to make this personal account to post. While attempting to deactivate and archive several websites under my organization, I accidentally deleted these websites. It has been under 1 hour, so I am hoping that the sites can be recovered.

  To clarify, I can log into my organization’s website through the /wp-admin credentials. However, I cannot log into WordPress.com with these credentials, so I had to make this account to request assistance (there are no websites linked to this account, but I could find no other way to reach customer service). To note, there are several sites associated with my organizational /wp-admin account – some were deleted, but not all. I am hoping that a WordPress representative can help me restore the deleted sites based on this information (from https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/):

  “Reverse a Site Deletion

  It is possible to reverse a site deletion for the first 30 days after a site is closed. If you realize you closed your site in error, please contact us immediately. We will be able to assist you in restoring your site during this 30 day window. Once the 30 days have passed, all of your site data is purged and cannot be restored, and the site address is deleted and cannot be reused.”

  Since this account isn’t related to the sites that you are asking to be restored, please list the websites that you need help with? This would be needed before staff could help you with restoring anything.

  This forum supports sites hosted at WordPress.com but not those powered by WordPress software, as a note. https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
