Recover domain

  I need to recover my custom domain registered via WordPress. This is critical to recover email at my custom domain.

  If there’s an alternate way to recover my custom domain email then please provide instructions. My assumption is that WordPress controls the MX records for custom domain email [where the custom domain was registered via WP]. If this is not the case and I can modify the MX records to point to a different email server that would be great.

  Hi there,

  Is this for the domain frankclasses.com? That is the only domain that has ever been registered by your account according to our logs and that domain expired in March 2015 after the renewal payment was cancelled by you.

  If you’re speaking of a different domain, please provide the domain, but you will also need to post here as the account that owns that domain or we won’t be able to help you.

  The domain was/is frankstartups.com.

  Hi @deboboy, I hope you don’t mind me jumping in to help. The domain is in redemption, and the registrar requires an extra fee at this point. I’ll send details via email.
