Recover domain

  I’ve purchased a Wild West domain through wordpress (escandalohoje.com), now the domain has expired. I am trying to retrieve it, but the domain no longer appears on my wordpress “domains” area, and I can’t contact Wild West directly because I was never given a customer number/password with them.

  How can I go about renewing the domain?
