It looks like my domain (ladyartcollective.com) has entered the redemption period. Can you please send me a link so that I can pay to reactivate it?

Hi Marlena,

We have to pay our domain provider a $80 fee to recover a domain from redemption, in addition to the regular renewal cost. I’m sending you a link for the full cost. Once we receive your payment I can contact our domain provider to request that they restore the domain.

Awesome news, @ladyartcollective.

The domain ladyartcollective.com has been restored and it is possible to manage it on My Site > Domains > ladyartcollective.com.

Rafael,

I just went to the site and it is giving me this error,
“This website is pending domain owner verification
To learn how to verify your domain, manage your domain settings here.”

When I go to verify the domain, it looks like one fo the cname records is incorrect. The CNAME verify.squarespace.com ladyartcollective.com record is red. The rest are green. I can’t edit any cname record as I can’t verify the domain. My only options are to ‘refresh’ and ‘test connection’.

Please let me know what I can do.
