Recover domain

I need to renew a domain which was originally purchased through this account. It has expired already. Can you please help, it does not show up in the purchases section of my account to re-purchase.

That domain expired on 7 May and has already been removed from our system. It is currently in redemption with our registrar.
It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption, on top of the regular renewal fee. Additionally we only have a few days left before the domain will be deleted completely, at which point we’ll no longer be able to get it back.
Once it’s deleted it might become available again which will allow you to register it as a new domain, but there’s also the risk that someone else might buy it before you’re able to.
Do you want to wait? Or do you want me to start the redemption process?
@justjennifer, given how time sensitive these cases can be, please modlook immediately even if the OP hadn’t provided the domain, especially if it’s clear that they do have a WordPress.com site. We can check in their account history for any past domain purchases, and can just remove the tag again if we don’t see anything in the purchase history.
