  Hi @chantelittle86, you received a full refund. Would you like to buy a plan again so we can move the domain to it? You would need to purchase the plan, then not use the domain credit — just use a free address for now.

  Or, if you’re planning to use the domain with another service, since you cancelled right away, it’ll become available for purchase again within about 5 days.
