Hi there!
We can still restore the domain for you, though the window is short. Would you like to restore just the domain, or do you want to use it on a WordPress.com site?
- If you want to use the domain on a WordPress.com site, please upgrade the site to a yearly plan, and we can restore the domain for you. That’s because a yearly WordPress.com plan includes a domain registration for the first year.
- If you would like to use the domain on a different site elsewhere, please let us know. We’ll email you a payment link to collect the domain registration fee.
We’d love to help you build your site on WordPress.com, though! Would you like to tell us a bit about the site you’re building? What’s the site for, and what features do you need on your site? This will help us learn more about your site goals and share personalized suggestions with you.
Thanks!

Hello,
Thank you so much for your response- it was a really stressful moment when I realized I couldn’t use the domain since it had been deleted!
I need you to please send me the domain registration fee, as I plan to have my site hosted on bluehost. Simply because it I am a first time website creator but I need to access themes and plugins and I’m looking for something a bit cheaper than the WordPress business plan. So please send me that email link
Thank you!

Hi there!
We’ve just sent you the payment request via email. Please note that the payment is in USD, not AUD.
Would you like to tell us a bit about the site you’re building? What’s the site for, and what features do you need on your site? This will help us learn more about your site goals and share personalized suggestions with you.
We have plenty of sites on the Personal and Premium plan that don’t use any plugins because WordPress.com sites come with additional features that aren’t available on default WordPress.org sites, which is why you often need plugins.
Once we know more about your site goals and the features you need, we will be happy to share some personalized suggestions with you. Perhaps the things you need are already available in our Personal or Premium plan. :)
Thanks!

@editorjuju Thanks for the payment! I’ve gone ahead and restored your domain name juliannachang.com. Just note that the domain remains unverified. To avoid suspension of your domain, please verify it as soon as possible. I have sent another email containing the verification link.

hello! can you please confirm that i verified it properly? if not perhaps send the email again please.

Hi there!
I can confirm that your domain is now verified. You’re all set. If you’d like to point the domain to another host, you can get their nameservers and add them to your domain by following the steps here:
A domain’s name servers store information about your domain (in the form of “DNS records”) and tell your domain where to look for your website’s content. This guide will show you how to change your domain’s name servers to point to WordPress.com or any other host. Quick link to our Name Servers Important Considerations when Changing DNSCustom Email HostingDomain Renewal and BillingChangI understand you want to use the domain with an external host, but we’d love to learn more about the site you’d like to build. What’s the site for, and what features do you need on your site?
Once we know more about your site goals, we will be happy to suggest ways you can build that on WordPress.com. Of course, you can still host your site elsewhere. But we’d love to help you host your site with us. :)
