I would like to renew a domain that expired and is past the redemption period. How can I go about this?
The owner never received emails notifying him of the pending expiration and only found out when nameservers were changed and site went down yesterday. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I checked and fourhorsemensc.com is now in a redemption period. The charge is a $80 late renewal fee in addition to the $18 we charge to renew the domain. Please confirm here if you agree to pay the fees and I will begin the domain restoration process along with providing a manual payment.
Please visit the support page link for further instructions:
The domain was registered under the account you are contacting us from, so whoever has access to the email connected to this account would’ve received the expiration notifications.
Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!

That’s fantastic! Thank you for the quick reply.
Yes, we agree to the $80 fee and $18 renewal charge. Please begin the process of restoring the fourhorsemensc.com domain to our account.
Thank you

I’ve sent you a payment link via email. As soon as we receive your payment we can email our domain provider to restore the domain. From there it usually takes around 48 hours until everything is working again.

We’ve received your payment, thank you.
I’ve emailed our domain provider to restore the domain. We’ll let you know as soon as they reply.
