Recover Domain after Redemption Period

I would like to renew a domain that expired and is past the redemption period. How can I go about this?
The owner never received emails notifying him of the pending expiration and only found out when nameservers were changed and site went down yesterday.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I checked and fourhorsemensc.com is now in a redemption period. The charge is a $80 late renewal fee in addition to the $18 we charge to renew the domain. Please confirm here if you agree to pay the fees and I will begin the domain restoration process along with providing a manual payment.
