Recover Domain due to minor error

    I just created an account and had a domain namely ‘Galansiyang.com’ But then I found out that the email ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) we’re using while making the domain was a mistake which is suppose to be (email visible only to moderators and staff). So we decided to delete the account in a hope that we can recover the Galansiyang.com domain when creating a new account but it didn’t work. Please help us about this

    The account you used to buy that domain has not been deleted. I still see that account active on our system.

    Please log in as that account and comment here to confirm, and we can start the domain recovery process for you. We can only restore the domain at the request of the account that originally bought it.

    If you want to use the domain with another host, you have two options:

    1) We can restore the domain for you right away. We can then help you point it to another host, and once you’ve owned it for at least 60 days, you can transfer it away from us. To do this we’ll need the request to come from the other account, and we’ll need you to pay for the domain again as the original payment was refunded.

    2) As you cancelled the domain within a few hours of registration, it will be released again within a few days, and you should be able to register it again directly where you want to use it towards the start of next week. So if you’re willing to just wait a few days, this is the simpler option.

    Hello @kokkieh, this is the account that first bought and cancelled galansiyang.com, you can go ahead and restore the domain so that galansiyanginc can use it.

    BTW, this is the same person, but the email used in this account was incorrect.

    Before we can restore the domain, we’ll need to send you a link to pay for it again. We can only send that link to the email address on file for your account.

    I see your account currently still has the ph@ email connected to it. Can you confirm whether you’re able to receive emails at that address? If not, please update it to a valid email you have access to, and let us know here. Then we can send you the payment link.

    Sorry for the misunderstanding, the correct account is galansiyanginc with the inc@ email.

    This account is incorrect, and doesn’t have a registered email. Please send payment email to (email visible only to moderators and staff) (the one with inc@ NOT ph@), I will be permanently deleting this account.

    There seems to be a misunderstanding. We won’t send the payment request to (email visible only to moderators and staff) which is tied to a user account not involved with the purchase.

    Since it sounds like (email visible only to moderators and staff) is an invalid email address for the user account galinsiyang, please change the email for this account here to a valid email address:

    https://wordpress.com/me/account

    Then, update us here and we’ll send the payment request to the new email address on file for that account.

    NOTE: You cannot use the “inc” email on this account since it’s already tied to the galansiyanginc account.

    Otherwise, your only option is to wait until the domain is released to be repurchased. There’s no way to be notified when it’s available again, so you would need to keep checking over the next 3-5 days to repurchase the domain.

    This account sounds ok now, I guess, – the email is changed to (email visible only to moderators and staff), the username is changed from galinsiyang to galansiyangph and this account’s email is now validated.

    We already paid the domain re-purchase with a Receipt ID: [redacted by staff] and
    Transaction ID: [redacted by staff], but the site galansiyang.com is still parked how can we use it so that we can move for premium account, I mean the next step?

    Our current primary site is still galansiyang856048997.wordpress.com and we haven’t bought a premium plan yet, because we wanted the galansiyang.com as the main domain
