Recover expired domain

    Hi, I canceled my subscription because I would like to continue on the free plan, but I would like to keep my domain. How do I recover it?

    Hi there – It’s possible to restore the domain to your account, however, in order to use that domain as the primary domain for your site here you would need to have a paid plan as well.

    Alternatively, we can help you restore the domain and keep it on your account as a secondary domain if you wish to continue with the free plan. You will always have the option to decide later if you would like to purchase a plan and set the domain as primary.

    When janamelanie.com is set as a secondary domain, this means it works and will always redirect to your free site URL janamelaniecom.wordpress.com.
