  I don’t see any domains registered on this WordPress.com account. Can you tell us the domain name you’re trying to renew? We’ll then look it up on our end and advise accordingly based on the status of the domain.

  Hi there!

  Thanks for that extra information. It does indeed look like stjameshanslope.org was registered with us, but was removed about 8 days ago after the domain expired.

  In this case, we’ll be able to redeem this domain for you, however it’ll require an $80 redemption fee alongside the normal $18 yearly cost for your domain registration.

  As long as you’re happy to go ahead with that let us know, and we’ll create a manual payment request that you can complete. Once that’s done, we’ll then be able to start the proccess of redemption.

  Unfortunately electronic transfer isn’t one of the payment methods we’re generally able to accept; but I’ve taken the liberty of preparing the aforementioned form so you have it in reserve. It was automatically emailed to the email address associated with this WordPress.com account, and includes the redemption fee and renewal fee for a “.org” domain name as noted in our domain price list:
