recover expired domain

  We have a domain that is 21 days expired. The site we need renewed is http://terapiapbm.com/ . We’ve been trying unsuccessfully to get it renewed. We are aware this will have an additional $80 fee. Any help getting in touch with support to handle this would be appreciated.

  The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner or admin of the domain registration upgrade for http://terapiapbm.com/.

  So you must have ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point. You will need to log into the other account in order to renew http://terapiapbm.com/.

  I wish to transfer my domain to a user who is already an Admin on my blog. He intends to later transfer to a hosted service. I no longer wish to have the domain registered to me if he takes over the publication in toto. How do I do this?
