  Hello, we need the link to recover an expired domain that is no longer renewable through our account

  Are you talking about docksbythebay.com? That domain expired six weeks ago and has now reached the redemption period. You’ll need to agree to pay the extra fees now due to the registrar for staff to attempt recovery. I have added a modlook tag to ask a member of staff to reply to you.   If you’re referring to docksbythebay.com, I can confirm it’s now in redemption, and our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore the domain at this point. Please let me know if you agree to this fee and I can get the recovery process started.
