Recover expired domain, not showing in account

I would like to recover my expired domain, and it is not appearing in my account. Please contact me ASAP about restoring the domain!

I don’t see any renewal payments in your account from November. The last payment in your account was on 7 October 2017, and that’s the last time your domain was renewed. See your billing history here:

It’s possible a payment did not get recorded correctly on our end. Does it show a charge for WordPress on your credit card statement for November 2018 which includes a unique transaction code? If so, please confirm here but don’t post the unique code. We’ll follow up via email to get that from you.
The domain, avotaynuonline.com, expired on 7 November 2018 and has already been removed from our system. It is currently in redemption with our registrar.
It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started.
