Recover files from blog site

  My blog site, http://www.well-beingstrategy.com expired in February (via FatCow as host) and was not renewed until this past week (March 23). They do not have a backup of the files. The content was created on WordPress – is there a way to retrieve the files via WordPress? Thank you….Frank
