Recover Login detail

  I have registered a WordPress account in 2008 and have since lost my login detail due the a change in my primary email address.

  Is there any way to recover or reset the login detail for this account.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It does not display the option – strange. I have tried Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer on both OS and Windows

  I see that the account was logged into one day ago now, so I assume this has cleared up.
