Recover my account

I am trying to recover my account for Woocommerce and it is becoming the most impossible task in the world…..i cant talk to anyone unless i have an account even though my problem is about recovering my account…..i know i have one i bought powerpacks and have the receipt to prove it but i think i botched up my email when i created my account and now all your account recovery processes dont let me since i dont know anything….please help me i dont know what to do or who to talk to this is very frustrating…..

Hi no it is not i made this one in order to talk to some one because i had no way of talking to anyone, I believe I botched up my email address when i signed up and now i dont know what it is. I do have my sales receipt of when i bought powerpack and it has a number on it if that helps obviously i also have the card i used to buy it but i dont want to hand over information over a forum.

@sprten117 Did you try submitting the request as a sales ticket? Once you’ve sent the info we need in a private ticket I can ask the Woo folks to take a look.

Please submit a sales ticket with the transaction ID from your receipt. Then update us here so we can get someone to take a look.
Do not post the transaction info here, though.

I apologize for being so dense but I cant find where to submit a sales ticket, is it maybe due to the fact that this is a brand new account and I have not purchased anything on this one? If not where would I submit here on the forums or do i navigate outside to somewhere else?

Ticket #649458 i have been trying to recover my account for over a week now still to no avail how is this possible? please some one help me they gave me a new password and still it didnt work…i dont understand how this is so difficult
