  I had a website under design in wordpress. I did it with xampp and a local host on my laptop. when I refresh my windows and uninstall , install xampp again I couldnt get access to my work even with same Hostname , Username and Password. I wonder that if I can recover my old work in word press?

  That would be a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.
