  I had deleted my website a few months ago. I wanted to reopen and reuse my same web address but when I try to login it says my account has been closed, when I tried to make a new account with the same email address it said that I could not use the same domain because it was already mapped to word press.com (which would only be mine) dreyaink.com When I go to the website it’s self dreyaink.com it says that the domain is parked. How can I re-activate and create my website again?

  Hi there!

  Deleted sites cannot be restored if it’s been more than 30 days since deleted, but the good news is, your domain may still be restored.

  Just a word of caution, you should never cancel a domain that you still want to use, as there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to use it again somewhere else in future.

  It is no longer possible to restore your old account or site, as it has been more than 30 days since you deleted them.

  We can still restore the domain, dreyaink.com. I have sent an email to the owner contact email address on file for that domain to confirm. Please reply there with the information requested and we can continue helping with this there.
