    hello! I need to recover my domain nathaliaporras.com what are the steps to follow?

    Hi there,

    That domain expired on 31 April and has already been removed from our system.

    You have two options at this point:

    1) You can wait for the redemption phase to finish and the domain to be released, at which point you can register it with any registrar at the normal price.

    2) We can attempt to recover the domain from redemption. However, our registrar charges a $80 fee for this, and you’ll also need to pay for the renewal of the domain. If we are unable to recover the domain, the payment is refunded in full.

    Please confirm if you want to pay the redemption fee to get the domain back, and we’ll email you with the next steps.

    I’ve just sent an invoice by email. Can you look for that and pay it ASAP? Once it’s paid, we’ll work on getting it back for you.

    Also noting: it’s only ASAP because the redemption process has different phases & it’s possible to lose the domain after a while.
