I believe there’s a 90 day grace period to reinstate and that is a month from now. When I go to pay under “purchases” it only offers an upgrade – confusing because I THINK I’m already at Premium.

That domain is in the redemption period and staff assistance is required. If you read the link provided above you will see that you need to confirm you will pay the extra charges now due to the registrar to attempt recovery. I have tagged this thread to ask a member of staff if they could reply to you.

THANK YOU! I figured as much but haven’t a clue how to contact a human, extra charges are fine I just didn’t want to upgrade. I had inadvertently shut it down because I don’t blog on WordPress anymore not realizing I’d lose the domain name as well. …. I will wait to hear from someone.

Hi @cristinahadzi, I’ve sent a manual payment link including the regular renewal fee plus the $80 we have to pay to get the domain back from the registrar. Once that’s paid, please update us here, and we’ll contact the registrar to work on getting the domain back for you.
