    I recently canceled my domain name. however, I would like to reuse it to create a website from another platform. can you tell me how to get my domain name back?

    Hi there,

    To be able to transfer your domain we first need to restore it as now it is pending cancelation and it can take months to be released and become available for registration again.

    I have emailed you a payment request for the domain’s renewal ($15). Reply here when you have completed the payment and then I’ll restore the domain back to your account.
