recover my previous domain

  I changed my previous domain thinking about opening a new wordpress account and getting it as I thought it would be available again, but when I tried to do it it says that it is already been used.
  Does this mean that it will never be available neither for me or for other person?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Once you change the “example” part of example.wordpress.com, the old address will stop working. Visitors will not be redirected to your new site address. The old address will not be available for use again, https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-site-address/

  Hi there,

  What is the old address? If you changed it less than 30 days ago we should still be able to restore it for you, but we can only do that at the request of the account that originally owned it.

  Thanks for the details, I was able to restore the site paulaspointofview.wordpress.com and you should be able to access it from your account as usual.
