  Someohow I cannot access my WP admin account where my website was created. I have the databases. Can I create a new admin account and upload my database?

  It is hosted at 1&1. Created with WP. Can I upload the database to a new WP account?

  Are you using cPanel? If so, you can access your WP dashboard from there.

  Folks in WordPress.org forums or your host 1&1 would be able to help you with the steps.
