Recover oridginal site name

Hello A friend of mine helped with the site. My oridginal site name was typicalconfusionpodcast.wordpress.com I didn’t know you couldn’t use the same site name twice. Is there some way to fix it so that we can use the oridginal site name? I took the oridginal site down, because I’m not a site builder. I don’t know html code. I had to put an extra word in the site name., so that this new site could be built. thanks Jim

Unfortunately once you’ve deleted, you’re unable to get it back for quite some time. Sites deleted two or more years ago may become available again if they do not have any username or other technical conflicts. You can read further here:
