Recover permanent deletion or create a new landing page

Deleted the landing page for the website
It seems the ‘home’ or landing page for our website http://www.lopezislandvineyardwinery.com was permenantly deleted. Since it is gone, when we go to the site, we get the header, but a message that says “Not Found”.
Any attempt to create or rename another page to become this landing page is unsuccessful. WP automatically adds an extension to the web address of the new page.
Please help us with this! How can we get one of our existing pages to become the landing?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
