recover site

Hello on 2019, I create the site http://www.risersecurity.com, I used bluehost to host it. I save the site, but then my subscription ended (did not renew it during the covid last two years). would it be possible to check on your end if I can recover the site. Thank you in advance

Hello, I’m sorry, your site was not hosted with WordPress.com. It was a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites hosted on our servers. You can find more information here about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
The site was also not using our backup product https://jetpack.com/upgrade/backup/ so we are unable to directly assist with this.
I recommend contacting Bluehost at https://www.bluehost.com/contact to ask if they still have a backup of your account they can restore.
If not, you’re welcome to start a new site here via https://wordpress.com/start where you’ll at least be able to copy and paste from an archived copy, like https://web.archive.org/web/20180821135610/https://www.risersecurity.com/
