Recover site

Hi there
I created a site for my friend at the beginning of the year called UKDampproofing.com .The log in details that we have are now not working. The site is hosted at GoDaddy and if I try to go to the site the website does not come up but is merely a white blank page.
My friend wants to reinstate the site is there a way of recovering it? It would be with an email address with ukdampproofing in it or davenhamdammpproofing. Unfortunately we don’t have access to the original emails used.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
