    I designed an entire site and now none of it is available, just upgrade and still not seeing it

    It sounds like you might have more than one account. Sometimes we will get reports like this when the site that a person has been building is listed under a different account than the one they sign in with.

    First, please confirm the site address or URL of the missing project. With that information we can start to get this sorted out.

    You did purchase a business plan on this account for ranchcreekwaste.wordpress.com. A plan upgrade wouldn’t have any impact on how your site looks or worse, make it disappear.
